Do you think one of the reasons Anakin is olay with Ahsoka calling him “Skyguy” and “Anakin” is cause then she’s not calling him “Master”?

I’ve always had this theory that with Anakin’s past of being a slave and using the title “master” has [ obviously ] made him associate that word with owning someone and having them call you that title to control them.
So he probably prefers her to say anything else other than Master because in his head, it would be like she was his slave. [ again a little theory also I’ve seen fanfics use this ]
Of course he would want her to use the title for professional reasons, but when they don’t need to be formal. He prefers her to call him something else.
I bet when he had Ahsoka for a few months as his Padawan. Every time she called him “master” he had flashbacks of his past for a while and has to adjust to the new title.

I totally agree with this. I would just like to bring up this gif. We all know that in this gif Ahsoka is well not her self. But notice the way that she says the word “master”. She knows how that will hurt him and so that is why she uses it. Look at the way that she puts more pressure on the word. I never noticed this until now, but I think that it is very important.
