star-wars-facts:

In canon, only three clone troopers alive at the time of Order 66 are known to have been unaffected by it. These are Captain Rex, Commander Gregor, and Commander Wolffe, whose inhibitor chips, the implants in the clones’ brains that ensured compliance with the order, had been removed or damaged.

@celebrate-the-clone-wars Actually, there is one more – Kix! It’s confirmed in canon that he discovered Order 66 and was captured by the Separatists and put in a stasis pod. His pod wasn’t opened until many years later so he missed Order 66, but he survived! http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/CT-6116

You’re definitely right! Kit and Cut are not to be ignored as survivors neither!

Though I think this is a matter of semantics, the fact is about “[troopers] who are known to have been unaffected by [Order 66]”, which I think to mean the inhibitor chip?

So, technically, Kix’s inhibitor chip is still in his brain, he was just not in a position to respond when the Order came through. Cut also still had his chip, but I would gather that nothing bad happened to his family as a result unless – by some crazy chance – a Jedi was nearby in the area.
