The loss of life and resources during every clone war battle is basically the most upsetting thing I’ve ever thought about. This is a war where every single engagement results in hundreds if not thousands clones and machines dying. WTF were the resources like in the galaxy after this ended??? No WONDER everything in Eps IV-VI looks like shit, every raw material in the galaxy was probably funneled into the Clone Wars.  

And this galaxy is caught in this terrible cycle of dark vs light, which is probably just exacerbated by the extreme level of poverty the losers and weaker ally’s must end up in after every power flipflop.  It makes perfect sense that stability doesn’t last more than 30years before the oppressed start to rebel.

I’m so upset right now.
